Summer Leadership Workshop

The NCASC Summer Leadership Workshop is an immersive week-long experience designed to help student leaders grow in confidence, skills, and vision. Through hands-on activities, small group sessions, and team challenges, participants discover their strengths, learn how to lead with purpose, and build lasting friendships with peers from across North Carolina. More than just a workshop, it’s a transformative experience that equips students to return to their schools inspired and ready to make an impact.

Cost: $425 for Early Birds, $450 for Members and $500 for Non-members
(Preferred payment method is by credit card)

Early Bird Registration: May 1-15
All schools may enroll students during this time. There is no cap. Scholarship recipients should register at this time as well.

Reglar Registration: May 16-31
All schools may register students at the increased rate during this time; however, registration may close early if all beds are full

Registration Process

    1. Complete the NCASC Medical Form and Student Participation Form. Everyone must scan + upload these completed documents to the online individual registration form AND bring printed copies to Mars Hill for on-site registration on July 12.
    2. Complete the online Student Delegate/Adviser Registration Form. You will be asked to upload a scan of your insurance card.
    3. Bring copies of your Student Participation Form, NCASC Medical Form, and insurance card with you to on-site registration at Mars Hill University on July 12.

NCASC Important Info:

    • Preferred payment is credit card. Questions about alternate methods of payment may be directed to NCASC Executive Director Bryan Rudolph: bryan.rudolph@ucps.k12.nc.us.
    • There are two enrollment periods:
      • Early Bird Regisctration (May 1-15): All schools may enroll students during this time. There is no cap. Scholarship recipients should register at this time as well.
      • Regular Registration (May 16-31): All schools may register students at the increased rate during this time; We are only allotted a specific number of beds on campus. Once all the beds are filled, registration will be closed. 
    • Upon completion of the registration period, all attendees will receive an email with final instructions. They will also be contacted by a Junior Counselor or staff member.
