Important Info:

• • Registration opens at 8:00am. Conference programming runs from 9am until 3pm.
  • Registration fee is $30/person (NCASC member schools) or $35/person (non-member schools).
  • There are no refunds, however substitutions may be made.
  • Nothing will be mailed to you. Each school/district has their own requirements about information required when students travel.
  • The NCASC will not collect medical forms for the District Leadership Conferences; this will be a school responsibility.
  • An adviser from each school attending MUST complete the school registration and school payment forms.
  • Payment is to be handled by the school and can be by school check or school credit card. Sorry, we cannot accept mobile payments.
  • If payment is not received on or before the date of the event, your school is subject to a $100 late fee.
  • The school registration form asks for attendee t-shirt size and dietary restrictions.
